Right from the start, students utilized all the tools our platform has to offer with mastery, including more advanced tools like like <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>components, events, analysis tiles, <\/span><\/span><span>and<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span> annotations<\/span><\/span><span>.\u00a0&#8220;I have never seen projects of this caliber,&#8221; says Project Pals CEO and founder Miriam Bogler, who facilitated the partnership.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Some of the projects were derived from existing lesson plans and templates in the Project Pals Catalog, but students didn&#8217;t shy away from designing their own projects from scratch, either. These projects covered a <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>diverse range of complex topics<\/span><\/span><span>, such as: stress management, how kids play, climate change, community engagement and safety, COVID-19, and UNSC veto power. So, without further ado, we&#8217;re pleased to present these<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>\u00a0show-stopping projects<\/span><\/span><span> from our students in India:<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<h2><span><span>1. Stress Management<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>This project, which was <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>designed from start to finish by the students themselves,<\/span><\/span><span> explores the topic of stress management, including its influences and effects across age groups and other demographics. Students even closely examined\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>complex influences<\/span><\/span><span> on stress, like the role of gender identity, personality, and socioeconomic factors.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>What also stands out about this project is its <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>organization<\/span><\/span><span> and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>detail<\/span><\/span><span>; the information is easy to follow with links and labels, and enhanced by supplemental images and diagrams.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Students even shared how they personally deal with stress, truly applying and reflecting on their newfound knowledge. How Kids Play Around the World<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><a target=\"_top\" href=\"https:\/\/app.projectpals.com\/projects\/11080\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>How Kids Play Around the World<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span> <\/span><\/span><span>is a lesson plan directly from the Project Pals Catalog where students examine the idea of play and games from across the globe.\u00a0The project can also be extended to include facts about each country, like its capital, regions, and leaders.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>Each student included <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>dozens<\/span><\/span><span>\u00a0of games with instructions and images from their chosen country. Community Engagement and Safety\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/h2>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/app.projectpals.com\/projects\/6578\" rel=\"noopener\"><span>How Does Community Engagement Affect Community Safety?<\/span><\/a><span> is a lesson plan in the Project Pals Catalog adapted from the Department of Justice&#8217;s\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>Project Safe Neighborhoods (PSN) <\/span><\/span><span>program.\u00a0In this project, students examine their own community, uncover underlying causes of unsafe communities, and <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>create a plan<\/span><\/span><span> for promoting community safety through &#8220;people power.&#8221; The ultimate goal is to identify ways informed, engaged citizens can make communities safer for all.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span><span>The 12th graders at Bloom Public School completed this project in the context of their own community, South Delhi, and discussed how <\/span><span style=\"font-weight:700\"><span>complex factors<\/span><\/span><span> like illiteracy and poverty can lead to crime.
